It was recognized by the Manitoba Forage Seed Association and other industry partners that there was a lack of grass seed moisture tables. Developing accurate grass seed moisture tables would provide the industry the ability to manage, process and trade grass seed products with less damage and spoiling, which would result in less dockage.
